Complete a BSN While
Enrolled in an ADN/ASN Program

First Semester or 4th Semester (Mid-Program) Start

Why Choose The
Concurrent Pathway?

The concurrent track helps remove barriers to earning a BSN by allowing students to complete an ADN/ASN and a BSN at the same time. Students will receive degrees from both their community college and Auburn University.

How?

Eligibility is determined by completion of 56 hours of required prerequisites courses with a C or better and minimum of 2.5 GPA. Courses can be completed at a community college or other accredited institution.

When?

You must be officially admitted to an approved ADN/ASN program.

1st Semester Start

Completion of all 56 hours of required courses must be accomplished to enroll during the 1st semester of ADN/ASN program.

  •

4th Semester Start
Completion of all 56 hours of required courses must be accomplished by the end of 3rd semester in ADN/ASN program to enroll in the 4th semester.

Where?

All RN-BSN classes are delivered 100% online and primarily asynchronous, with a limited number of required synchronous sessions, and students also complete required in‑person clinical experiences.
