Alexandra Feemster, a native of Richmond, Va., holds both Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degrees from Auburn University College of Nursing (AUCON). An associate professor in the College of Nursing, Yordy is driven to study a wide range of health-related topics that include animal-assisted therapy, emotional and sensory regulation and interdisciplinary collaboration opportunities for school nurses.  

Once a month, Martin leads his students through “Tiger Tuesdays,” a full day of health promotion activities at Boykin. The mornings are spent working with senior citizens, and afternoons are for the children at the Boys & Girls Club.
